We’re pleased to see 'UNDERLAND' reviewed in The Guardian, following its UK cinema release on 27th March, featuring echo’s Ruben Woodin Dechamps as Director of Photography.

Directed by Robert Petit and adapted from Robert Macfarlane’s bestselling book, the documentary travels through subterranean worlds from Las Vegas to the Yucatán and Somerset, exploring memory, loss and deep time.

The review highlights the film’s poetic, immersive approach, noting how its entirely underground perspective creates a distinctive meditation on humanity’s relationship with the hidden landscapes beneath our feet.

'PROJECT HAIL MARY' OUT NOW IN UK CINEMAS!

We’re celebrating the UK cinema release of ‘PROJECT HAIL MARY’, featuring animatic editing by echo’s Richard Ketteridge.

Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the sci-fi film stars Ryan Gosling as former science teacher Ryland Grace, who embarks on a mission through space to save humanity.

'HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE' TRAILER OUT NOW!

We’re pleased to share the newly released trailer for ‘HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER’S STONE’, with editing by echo’s Simon Smith, ACE.

Planned as a faithful 10-year adaptation of J.K. Rowling’s book series, the HBO production will see each season dedicated to one novel.

Starring Paapa Essiedu, John Lithgow, and Dominic McLaughlin, the series is set for release on 25th December 2026.

Beats by Dre ‘Some Play Other Glide’ received Gold for Digital Services with Costume Design by echo’s Matilda Oliver. Directed by Grandmas and produced by Academy.

BBC’s ‘Made of Here’ received Silver in Entertainment + Sports Promos featuring echo’s Ruben Woodin Dechamps as Director of Photography. Directed by Dan Emmerson and produced by Somesuch.

JD Sports ‘Where Are You Going’ campaign received Bronze for Seasonal Celebrations, with echo’s Alexandra Toomey as Production Designer. Directed by Francis Plummer and produced by Uncommon and Iconoclast.

‘REMINDERS OF HIM’ NOW OUT IN UK CINEMAS, FEATURING PRODUCTION DESIGN BY FRANCESCA MASSARIOL!

We’re thrilled to share that ‘REMINDERS OF HIM’ is now out in UK cinemas, featuring Production Design by echo’s Francesca Massariol.

Based on the bestselling novel by Colleen Hoover and directed by Vanessa Caswill, the film follows a woman rebuilding her life after prison, as she returns home hoping for a second chance.

Directed by Richard Linklater, the film offers a witty and heartfelt portrait of lyricist Lorenz Hart, who reflects on his past partnership with Richard Rodgers and the changing world of musical theatre.

‘PERFECTLY A STRANGENESS’ is nominated for ‘Best Documentary Short’, with echo’s Nicolas Canniccioni as Director of Photography. Directed by Alison McAlpine, the short premiered at Cannes and follows three donkeys as they journey across a vast and grand desert, exploring movement, discovery and quiet wonder.

The 98th Oscar’s will take place this Sunday 15th March in Hollywood at the Dolby Theatre.

We’re thrilled to share the new TK Maxx commercial ‘Every day can be iconic with a TK Maxx deal’, featuring Production Design by echo’s Jon Henson.

Directed by Andreas Nilsson and produced by Biscuit, the comedic spot follows a mischievous cat who goes viral after wearing a shoe on its head whilst rummaging through its owner’s TK Maxx bag. The cat quickly becomes a fashion sensation, making catwalk appearances and landing brand deals!

Wonderful to see ‘I SWEAR’, Edited by echo’s Sam Sneade and directed by Kirk Jones, is now available to watch on Netflix.

The film tells the powerful true-life story of Tourette’s Syndrome campaigner John Davidson, a funny, moving and life-affirming journey from adolescence to adulthood, shining a light on a condition still widely misunderstood.

The film has earned critical acclaim, including Winner of Best British Film and Best Actor (Robert Aramayo) at the 2026 BAFTAs, and a nomination for Best British Independent Film at the 2025 BIFAs.

Such a delight to share that the first episode of 'YOUNG SHERLOCK' is now streaming on Prime TV, featuring work by echo’s Editor Tim Murrell, who edited episodes 1–4 and served as Supervising Editor for the entire season.

Directed by Guy Ritchie and produced by Searchlight Pictures, the series follows a 19-year-old Sherlock Holmes at Oxford. A murder puts him on his first case, drawing him into a conspiracy that stretches far beyond the campus.

Impressive to see echo’s Director of Photography Toby Leary on Salomon’s latest commercial, 'XT-Whisper'.

Directed by FA + Fon, produced by Mox London, and featuring artist, musician, and cultural voice Dina Ayada, the spot showcases the XT-Whisper shoe while exploring themes of identity and self-expression.

We’re pleased to share the trailer for ‘PRIDE AND PREJUDICE’, a six-part limited series adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic novel, shot by echo’s Director of Photography Chloë Thomson, BSC.

Directed by Euros Lyn and written by Dolly Alderton, the series stars Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet, Jack Lowden as Mr. Darcy, and Olivia Colman as Mrs. Bennet, alongside Rufus Sewell, Louis Partridge, Rhea Norwood, and Freya Mavor.

The series is scheduled for release in Autumn 2026.

Yan Miles, ACE is nominated for Best Edited Drama Series for ‘ANDOR’ Season 2, episodes 7–9, and Tony Kearns, ISE is nominated for Best Edited Limited Series for ‘BLACK MIRROR (USS CALLISTER: INTO INFINITY)’.

The awards take place today at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California, at 5 pm UK time.
