'THE BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND' has 3 nominations, including Outstanding British Film and Best Adapted Screenplay, with production design by echo’s Alexandra Toomey.

PILLION’ has 3 nominations, including Outstanding British Film and Best Adapted Screenplay, featuring production design by echo’s Francesca Massariol and Hair + Make-Up Design by echo’s Diandra Ferreira.

The winners will be announced on Sunday 22 February in London.

'THE BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND' directed by James Griffiths is longlisted for 5 nominations including Best Film and Outstanding British Film. Production Design by echo’s Alexandra Toomey.

'I SWEAR' directed by Kirk Jones is longlisted for 6 nominations including Best Outstanding British Film and Leading Actor (Robert Aramayo). Editing by echo’s Sam Sneade.

‘PILLION' directed by Harry Lighton is longlisted for 6 nominations including Outstanding British Film and Outstanding Debut. Production Design by echo’s Francesca Massariol and Hair + Make-Up by echo’s Diandra Ferreira.

‘BLUE MOON’ directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Richard Linklater, is longlisted for 3 nominations, including Original Screenplay. Cinematography by echo’s Shane F. Kelly.

‘HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON’ directed by Dean DeBlois is longlisted for 2 nominations, including Children’s + Family Film. Production Design by echo’s Dominic Watkins.

The official BAFTA nominations will be announced on 27th January 6pm.

Shot by echo’s Director of Photography, Ben Smithard BSC, the official trailer for ‘DOWNTON ABBEY: THE GRAND FINALE’ has arrived.

Directed by Simon Curtis, the film is set in the 1930s as the Crawley family and their staff face a rapidly changing world and an uncertain future.

Rich in period elegance and emotional weight, Ben’s cinematography promises a beautiful farewell to this much-loved saga. 🏰

‘THE BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND’ HITS UK CINEMAS TOMORROW, FRIDAY THE 30TH MAY!

Featuring the work of echo’s Production Designer, Alexandra Toomey, James Griffiths’ heartwarming new feature follows a reclusive lottery winner who tries to bring his musical dreams to life by inviting his favourite artists to perform on his remote island home.

Premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the film is produced by Focus Features, with sales handled by Bankside Films.
