‘THE HISTORY OF SOUND’ IS NOW IN UK CINEMAS!

After its premiere at the London Film Festival in October, ‘THE HISTORY OF SOUND’ is now in UK cinemas. Echo client Paix Robinson, BFDG worked as a Costume Supervisor (UK) on the film, which is directed by Oliver Hermanus.

Starring Paul Mescal and Josh O’Connor, the film explores a hidden love shaped through music and memory, and how shared moments carry through time.

We’re proud to see echo’s Paix Robinson, BFDG worked as Production Designer for Sampa The Great’s new video for her single ‘CAN’T HOLD US'.

Directed by Iggy London and Produced by Park Pictures, the visuals keep things simple and bold, matching the energy of the track.

The BIFA 2024 Long Lists for Shorts and Documentaries have been announced and we’re thrilled to see our talented clients work recognised at the BIFAs!

DELIVERY directed by Ben Lankester is up for Best British Short Film, featuring Cinematography by Rachel Clark and Editing by Sacha Szwarc.

New addition to echo, Paix Robinson’s short SUCH A LOVELY DAY by Simon Woods is also up for Best British Short Film.

Manon Ouimet and Jacob Perlmutter’s Documentary TWO STRANGERS TRYING NOT TO KILL EACH OTHER featuring editing by Josh Mallalieu is in the list for Best Feature Documentary.

WITCHES directed by Elizabeth Sankey and Cinematography by Chloë Thomson, BSC is up for Best Feature Documentary.
