DOMINIC SAVAGE'S "I AM" SERIES STARTS TONIGHT!
Bafta winning Director, Dominic Savage’s, I AM series airs it’s first episode tonight on Channel Four! The series, shot by echo’s DoP Stuart Bentley, BSC, features 3 hour-long films following 3 different women’s lives and struggles starring Vicky McClure, Samantha Morton and Gemma Chan.

GWEN is out today! Written and directed by William McGregor, the film is set in the rugged Welsh landscape of Victorian Britain and was nominated at both Toronto and Edinburgh Film Festivals. The beautiful design comes from echo’s Production Designer Laura Ellis Cricks.

The new Vodafone spot takes us into a stylised and innovative world with no limits. Directed by Si & Ad and produced by Academy Film, the commercial features costume design by Holly Rebecca and Hair + Make-Up Design by Kirstin Chalmers.
EMMY NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED!
The Emmy nominations are out - congratulations to Jinx Godfrey and Simon Smith, both nominated for Outstanding Editing for a Limited Series with their work on the acclaimed CHERNOBYL!
CHERNOBYL has received 19 nominations across all categories, with further nominations for BANDERSNATCH (Outstanding Television Movie), BODYGUARD (Outstanding Drama Series) - featuring the work of Echo clients, Kirstin Chalmers and My Alehammar.
The award ceremony for the Creative Arts Emmys will take place on 15th September, with the Primetime Emmys on the 23rd September.

James Marsh’s, THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING, is now available on Netflix. The film, starring Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones, received countless wins and nominations including a BAFTA nomination for echo’s editor, Jinx Godfrey who cut the film with Mark Keady as Associate Editor.

Tom Beard’s TWO FOR JOY is available on Sky Cinema from today! The film, which features Production Design by Laura Ellis Cricks and Costume Design by Sarah Blenkinsop, follows a daughter (Billie Piper), her bed-ridden mother (Samantha Morton), and her troubled younger brother, as they work through themes of mental illness and young carers.

Lewis Arnold’s DARK MONEY starts tonight at 9pm on BBC One. Cut by echo’s Sacha Szwarc the four part series is a tale of morality, following a family who accept “hush money” from a high profile filmmaker to keep silent about the abuse of their youngest son. BRAVE NEW WORLD, the new 10 part series, has moved into Principle Photography! Owen Harris is directing the opening Block with regular collaborator, echo’s Susie Coulthard designing costumes for all episodes. Also on board are echo Editor’s Dan Roberts (Eps 4 + 10) and Sacha Szwarc (Eps 2 + 6). The cast includes Demi Moore and Alden Ehrenreich (pictured in Yellow Birds).

The new Pride commercial is celebrating PRIDE JUBILEE and marking 50 years since the Stonewall Riots which led to the last 50 years of activism, protests and victories that have made the Pride movement what it is today. Warp Film’s EVERYBODY’S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE, based on the hit West End musical, started to shoot this week! Echo’s Costume Designer, Guy Speranza, and Editor, Mark Everson, are both on board. The film is being directed by Jonathan Butterell and stars Richard E. Grant, Sharon Horgan and Sarah Lancashire.
