SUNDANCE OPENS TODAY WITH WORLD PREMIERES OF THE INCOMER AND THE LAST FIRST: WINTER K2!

We’re thrilled to announce that projects featuring echo clients are premiering at Sundance today.

Written and directed by Louis Paxton, ‘THE INCOMER’, with Costume Design by echo’s Sarah Blenkinsop, will make its World premiere in the festival’s ‘NEXT’ category. The film is produced by Shirley O’Connor and Emily Gotto and stars Domhnall Gleeson.

Directed by Amir Bar-Lev, 'THE LAST FIRST: WINTER K2' is a mountaineering documentary featuring cinematography by echo’s Will Pugh, and will make its World Premiere in the ‘Documentary’ category.

Sundance runs from January 22 to February 1 in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Docuseries SOPHIE: A MURDER IN WEST CORK is out on Netflix today. Directed by John Dower and shot by echo’s Director of Photography Will Pugh, the doc follows the investigation and unsolved murder of French Film Producer Sophie Toscan Du Plantier. Sophie who was killed while at her isolated holiday cottage in West Cork, Ireland, in 1996 where it was the first murder in living memory.

Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui’s RISING PHOENIX is out on Netflix today! DoP Will Pugh, regular collaborator of Bonhôte and Ettendgui, shot the documentary, which reflects on the Paralympic Games, it’s history and how it impacts a global understanding of disability.

"MCQUEEN" NOW ON NETFLIX!

MCQUEEN is now available on Netflix! Ian Bonhôte’s feature doc, exploring the British Fashion Designers life, was shot by echo’s new DoP client Will Pugh. This year marks the 10 year anniversary of McQueen’s death.
