TIFF KICKS OFF TODAY!
Toronto International Film Festival 2021 kicks off today and Harry Wootliff's TRUE THINGS is screening at the fest! We can't wait for you all to see the brilliant production design by echo's Andy Drummond (make sure to get tickets when it screens at London Film Festival next month)!
LONDON FILM FESTIVAL LINEUP 2021!
We are really excited after seeing the official 2021 London Film Festival Lineup! Big Congratulations to our clients with projects screening in this years fest.
This years lineup includes TRUE THINGS, designed by Production Designer Andy Drummond (which will screen in the Official Competition); SHE WILL (pictured) with Production Design by Laura Ellis Cricks; A BANQUET, featuring Hair + Make-Up Design by Kat Morgan; EAR FOR EYE with Hair + Make-Up Design by Nora Robertson; and short film FOR LOVE, featuring Costume Design by Buki Ebiesuwa (which is in the Official Short Film Competition).
London Film Festival 2021 runs from 6th - 17th October.
WILDFIRE IS OUT IN THE UK TODAY!
Cathy Brady’s WILDFIRE is out in the UK today! The film that follows the story of two reunited sisters discovering secrets from their mother's past, was cut by echo editor Matteo Bini.

Sam Hobkinson’s MISHA AND THE WOLVES hits UK cinemas tomorrow! Lensed by echo DoP Will Pugh, Variety described the film as “Extraordinary… few things are as pleasurable in movies as having the rug pulled out from under you.” Go see it!
"STEPHEN" AIRS TONIGHT ON ITV!
STEPHEN airs tonight at 9pm on ITV! The Mini-Series, directed by Alrick Riley, tells of the struggle Stephen Lawrence’s parents faced to achieve justice for their son’s murder. Hair + Make-Up was designed by Nora Robertson.

"EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE" PREMIERES AT EDINBURGH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL TODAY!
Jonathan Butterell’s EVERYBODY’S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE premieres at Edinburgh International Film Festival today! The film is based on the hit musical of the same name and stars Max Harwood as Jamie. We are excited to see our clients work, look out for costumes designed by Guy Speranza and Editing by Mark Everson. The film gets it’s official release on Amazon Prime on 17th September.
Dominic Savage’s I AM MARIA airs tonight on Channel Four at 9pm! The closing chapter of the 3 part series starring Lesley Manville as Maria was shot by echo DoP Rachel Clark. Tune in to Channel 4 tonight at 9pm!
"THE WHITE LOTUS" IS OUT IN THE UK NOW!
New series THE WHITE LOTUS premiered in the UK last night to rave reviews! The comedy, set in a tropical island resort, is a brilliant satire about inequality and you can watch on Sky Atlantic or NowTV. Costumes were designed by the wonderful Alex Bovaird.
"DECEIT" AIRS TONIGHT ON CHANNEL 4!
DECEIT airs tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm! Directed by Niall MacCormick, the mini-series features Hair + Make-Up design by My Alehammar, and is based on the true story of the investigation into Rachel Nickell’s murder in London in 1992.

Jeanette Nordahl’s WILDLAND is out in the UK today! The film, shot by David Gallego, ADFC, has had much critical acclaim since it’s premiere at Berlin last year, and will also released in the US on 20th August.

THE NEW SEASON OF "I AM" HITS OUR SCREENS TONIGHT!
Season 2 of Dominic Savage’s I AM hits our screen tonight. Another 3 episodes will air in this series, tonight’s episode I AM VICTORIA and ep 2, I AM DANIELLE, were both shot by echo DoP Stuart Bentley, BSC and the final ep I AM MARIA was lensed by echo’s Rachel Clark. Joe Marcantonio’s KINDRED is available to watch on Sky and Now TV! The film features a star studded cast including Tamara Lawrence, Fiona Shaw and Jack Lowden and was shot by echo DoP Carlos Catalan, with costume design by Natalie Humphries and Hair and Make-Up Design by Bean Ellis.

Ben Sharrock’s highly anticipated and critically acclaimed film, LIMBO, finally hits UK cinemas today! We are very proud of the high level of echo talent involved in this one: shot by DoP Nick Cooke, Production Design by Andy Drummond, Costume Design by Holly Rebecca and Eve Doherty on board as Assistant Editor. Go see it!
TIFF LINEUP 2021!
Further films have been added to the TIFF Lineup for 2021. So pleased to see the following client projects in this year’s selection: Nathalie Biancheri’s WOLF (pictured), cut by Editor Andonis Trattos; Emre Kayis’ ANATOLIAN LEOPARD, shot by DoP Nick Cooke; and Camille Griffin’s SILENT NIGHT, with Hair and Make-Up Designed by My Alehammar.
This year’s festival runs from the 9th - 18th September.

HIGH GROUND has been released in the UK on VOD platforms! The film was lensed by Director of Photography Andrew Commis, ACS and directed by Stephen Johnson, who received a Best Directional Debut nomination for the film at Camerimage last year.
