CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2026 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL WINNERS!

We’re so pleased to see echo’s clients feature among this year’s Sundance Film Festival winners.

‘ONE IN A MILLION’ received two awards at this year’s festival - the ‘Audience Award: World Cinema Documentary’ and the ‘World Cinema Documentary Directing Award’. The film features echo’s Director of Photography Will Pugh and is directed by Itab Azzam and Jack MacInnes.

Also recognised, ‘THE INCOMER’, featuring Costume Design by echo’s Sarah Blenkinsop, was awarded the 'NEXT Innovator Award'. The film is written and directed by Louis Paxton.

SUNDANCE CONTINUES WITH MORE WORLD PREMIERES FEATURING ECHO CLIENTS WORK!

We’re delighted to continue celebrating projects featuring echo clients premiering at Sundance today and tomorrow!

Molly Manners’s debut, ‘EXTRA GEOGRAPHY’, with Cinematography by echo’s Andrew Commis, ACS, will make its World Premiere in the ‘World Cinema Dramatic Competition’ today. The film is written by Miriam Battye and produced by Sarah Brocklehurst with Brock Media.

Directed by Aidan Zamiri and starring Charli XCX, ‘THE MOMENT’ features Cinematography by echo’s Sean Price Williams and Hair + Make-Up Design by echo’s Loz Schiavo. The mockumentary will premiere in the ‘Fiction’ category.

‘ONE IN A MILLION’ features echo’s Will Pugh as Director of Photography, and is directed by Itab Azzam + Jack MacInnes. Produced by KEO Films and FRONTLINE, a BBC Storyville co-production, the film will screen in the World Cinema Documentary category.

On January 24th, ‘THE GALLERIST’ will make its World Premiere in the 'Fiction’ category, with echo’s Federico Cesca, ADF, ASK as Director of Photography. Directed and co-written by Cathy Yan, the film stars Jenna Ortega and Natalie Portman.

The winners of Sundance Film Festival will be announced on Friday 30th January.
