BONNIE ELLIOTT, ACS WRAPS ON "THE HUNTING"!
New echo Director of Photography, Bonnie Elliott, ACS has now wrapped on Australian mini-series THE HUNTING! The four-part drama is Directed by Sophie Hyde and Ana Kokkinos and (Hyde’s feature 52 Tuesdays, pictured).

The new drama, MOTHERFATHERSON, starring Helen McCrory, Richard Gere and Billy Howle airs tonight on BBC Two at 9pm! Look out for the brilliant Costume Design from echo’s Jo Thompson!
RTS NOMINATIONS 2019!
RTS Nominations 2019 are out and we are pleased to say that PEAKY BLINDERS is nominated for Best Drama Series and THE CRY for Best Mini-Series. Huge Congratulations to Loz Schiavo, Hair + Make-Up Designer and Dan Roberts, Editor who both worked on PEAKY BLINDERS and also to Al Reid, Editor on THE CRY. The Award Ceremony takes place in London on the 19th March!
DICK LUNN BEGINS SHOOT ON SEASON 2 OF "END OF THE F***ING WORLD"!
END OF THE F***ING WORLD Season 2 begins shooting this week! Production Designer Dick Lunn will be designing the series for Directors Destiny Ekaragha and Lucy Forbes. The highly acclaimed drama will see both Alex Lawther and Jessica Barden return to our screens as James and Alyssa!

Alex Garland’s new TV series, DEVS, wraps this week with echo’s Costume Designer, Guy Speranza having designed the whole series. The cast includes Karl Glusman, Nick Offerman and Sonoya Mizuno (pictured here rehearsing). We are looking forward to seeing the finished show!

NEW FEATURE "THE FRIEND" BEGINS SHOOTING!
Gabriela Cowperthwaite’s new feature THE FRIEND is now shooting with echo’s Director of Photography Joe Anderson at the helm. The movie has an all star cast including Dakota Johnson (pictured in Suspriria), Casey Affleck and Jason Segal.

Matthew Heinemann’s A PRIVATE WAR is out in the UK today! With production design by the fabulous Sophie Becher, the Golden Globe nominated movie stars Rosamund Pike, portraying real-life war correspondent Marie Colvin. Go check it out!
BRITISH ARROW NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED!
We are very proud to congratulate our clients on their British Arrow nominations; Jon Henson is nominated for Best Production Design for his work on CONFUSED.COM, directed by Aoife McArdle and Director of Photography Sean Price Williams who is nominated for his work on Clayton Vomero’s ZOZO.
Congratulations also go to Production Designer Kave Quinn who worked on Steve Roger’s Amazon Prime Video commercials for VIKINGS, JACK RYAN, OUTLANDER + LUCIFER which are all nominated in three categories; Natalie Humphries designed costumes on Department For Education, EVERY LESSON SHAPES A LIFE, directed by 32 which is also nominated in three categories; Costume Designer Holly Rebecca designed Fréderic Planchon’s Cadbury’s MUM’S BIRTHDAY which is nominated for two awards; Costume Designer Michelle May worked on the BBC Christmas campaign WONDERLAND has a further two nominations. Finally congraulations go again to Jon Henson who worked on the Nike China spot, SORRY BILL, which is nominated for Best International commercial.
The award ceremony takes place on the 27th March in London! Good Luck all!

After huge success at London, Toronto, Sundance and Telluride Film Festivals, BIRDS OF PASSAGE, will be out in US cinemas today! Directed by Ciro Guerra and Cristina Gallego and shot by echo’s David Gallego, ADFC we couldn’t recommend the film highly enough! Go see it!

MICHAEL PEARCE’S “BEAST” WINS A BAFTA!
Echo is very proud to say that Michael Pearce’s BEAST won a BAFTA last night for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director, or Producer! Congratulations to our clients, Production Designer Laura Ellis Cricks and Costume Designer Jo Thompson who both worked on the film!
Congratulations also go to Sam Sneade, Addtional Editor on THE FAVOURITE which took home 7 BAFTAS in total!
AMAZON SERIES "HANNA" PREMIERES AT BERLIN FILM FESTIVAL TODAY!
The first episode of Amazon Series HANNA will premiere at Berlin Film Festival today! The ep is directed by Sarah Adina Smith and edited by echo’s Morten Højbjerg. The full series will be released on Amazon Prime in March with director Jon Jones’ epidoes also cut by echo’s Dan Roberts.
PRODUCTION DESIGNER RUBY MATHERS IS PREPPING ON NEW FILM "THE DRY"!
New echo client, Production Designer Ruby Mathers is currently prepping on Australian police drama THE DRY. The film will be directed by Robert Connolly and will star Eric Bana playing a cop returning to his hometown to face the demons of his past while trying to solve a murder/suicide of his childhood friend.
