Award-winning and critically acclaimed, ‘AFTERSUN’ is now available to watch on BBC iPlayer.

The film features Costume Design by echo’s Frank Gallacher.  and marks the directorial debut of Charlotte Wells. A tender and deeply affecting portrait of a father–daughter relationship, the film unfolds through memory as an adult Sophie reflects on the joys and quiet melancholies of a shared holiday in Turkey.

Since its premiere, ‘AFTERSUN’ has received widespread international recognition, including wins at the BAFTAs, Independent Spirit Awards, Cannes Film Festival, and BIFAs, and was an Official Selection at festivals including Cannes, Toronto, New York, London, and Edinburgh.
