Sainsbury’s 2021 Christmas ad, A CHRISTMAS TO SAVOUR, has been released and echo’s Production Designer, Jon Henson’s work is brilliant. Jon has designed Sainsbury’s last three Christmas spots and, like usual this years work doesn’t disappoint. Directed by Ninian Doff and produced by Pulse Films.

Lioness: The Nicola Adams Story premieres on Amazon Prime today! The documentary directed by Helena Coan follows remarkable the story of olympic gold medalist Nicola Adams. The film was designed by echo artist production designer Alex Toomey and cut by echo artists editor Mark Keady. Be sure to tune in!
CLOSE TO ME AIRS ON CHANNEL 4 TONIGHT AT 9PM!
Michael Samuels' CLOSE TO ME is out on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm. Costume Designer Emma Fryer designed the series and episode 1 was cut by echo editor Tim Murrell. The thriller stars Connie Nielsen and Christopher Eccleston. Make sure to tune in!
AACTA CRAFT NOMINATIONS!
Huge Congratulations to our DoP clients Bonnie Elliott, ACS and Andrew Commis, ACS who have both been nominated for an AACTA Award! Bonnie has received an incredible 3 nominations for Best Cinematography in Television for her work on ep 2 of FIRES (pictured), Best Cinematography in Documentary for her work on both FREEMAN and STEP INTO PARADISE; and Andy for Best Cinematography in Film for HIGH GROUND!
The award ceremony takes place in Sydney on 8th December!

RTS CRAFT 2021 NOMINATIONS!
The RTS Craft nominations were announced today and the it is a bit of an echo sweep for the drama categories. We are very happy to congratulate the following echo clients on their nominations:
Editor Sarah Brewerton for IT’S A SIN (pictured); Editor Dan Roberts for his work on THIRD DAY; Editor Sacha Szwarc for TIME; Costume Designer Susie Coulthard is nominated for her work on BRAVE NEW WORLD; and last but by no means least Hair + Make Up Designer Nora Robertson for her nomination for STEPHEN.
The award ceremony will take place on the 22nd November!

Debbie Tucker Green's EAR FOR EYE has its World Premiere today at LFF, as well as screening on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer! The film is has adapted from Green's highly acclaimed 2018 Royal Court stage production of the same name. Hair + Makeup was designed by echo's brilliant Nora Robertson.
