BFI LONDON FILM FESTIVAL 2025 LINE-UP ANNOUNCED! 🎬

This year’s London Film Festival programme has just been announced, and we’re thrilled to see so many projects from echo clients featured.

In the ‘Headline Galas’ category: ‘PILLION’, directed by Harry Lighton, with Hair + Make-Up Design by echo’s Diandra Ferreira and Production Design by Francesca Massariol and ‘THE HISTORY OF SOUND’, directed by Oliver Hermanus, with Costume Supervision (UK) by Paix Robinson. The festival will close with ‘100 NIGHTS OF HERO’, directed by Julia Jackman, with Hair + Make-Up by Natasha Lawes and Costume Design by Susie Coulthard.

In the ‘Special Presentations’ category: ‘THE DEATH OF BUNNY MUNRO’ (episodes 1 & 2), directed by Isabella Eklöf, with the series featuring work by echo’s Director of Photography Nadim Carlsen DFF, Production Designer Alexandra Toomey, Costume Designer Holly Rebecca, and Editors Luke Dunkley and John Dwelly.

In ‘Official Competition’: ‘BAD APPLES’, directed by Jonatan Etzler, with Costume Design by echo’s Sarah Blenkinsop; and ‘ROSE OF NEVADA’, directed by Mark Jenkin, with Costume Design by Jo Thompson. In ‘First Feature Competition’: ‘DREAMERS’ directed by Joy Gharoro-Akpojotor and edited by echo’s Arttu Salmi BFE.

In ‘Dare’: ‘GOOD BOY’, directed by Jan Komasa, with Production Design by echo’s Fletcher Jarvis.

In ‘Thrill’: ‘RETREAT’, directed by Ted Evans, with Production Design by echo’s Elena Muntoni.

In ‘Journey’: ‘THE SON AND THE SEA’, directed by Stroma Cairns, with Cinematography by echo’s Ruben Woodin Dechamps and Editing by Andonis Trattos.

The 69th BFI London Film Festival runs from 8–19 October in London and across the UK, and we can’t wait to see these fantastic films on the big screen!
